We have two meeting rooms within the hotel. The larger room can be configured in a variety of ways to suit your needs and can accommodate up to 65 people. This room is suitable for company staff meetings, smaller wedding receptions, or family functions. The room features an ensuite washroom, and a foldout dividing wall. If you are registering as a group, for example a hockey team, a bus tour, etc. this room can be utilized as a common area for organizing your group.
The smaller meeting room, "The Bay Boardroom", is a quiet room that is great for a group of up to 15 people. It can be used for meeting with your business clients, conducting interviews, etc.
Catering is available in both meeting rooms from the Absolutely Delicious Cafe within the hotel.
